I really enjoyed it. I love all the historical homes in Jersey. California is so young compared to there, in comparison to Jersey. This was my very first airplane ride. Not so bad, well it was bad but I really wanted to see my family there. So I bit the big one and went. Yea me. I did it three more times since then.

How about (you) going to http://www.jigsawplanet.com and (you) signing up, and (you) making a puzzle out of that beautiful pic?

Cape May, NJ is one of the most beautiful places on earth. I would recommend everyone spend at least a day and night there. Did you know that Cape May has more Bed and Breakfasts than any town in the US? That reminds me that I should go into my photo archives and dust off a few of the beauties I took there and post them on MyAwakeningLife.wordpress.com. One in particular is a fisherman at sunset. Stay tuned.

No I did not know about all the Bed and Breakfasts. I love that and if I ever get back to the east coast that will be on my list of things to do. I loved Cape May! Can’t wait to see your pictures!

We love lighthouses and are planning to see many of them while in OR. Thanks Nancy!

There is just something about them. I am not sure if it is because of their beauty, there important purpose, or the ghosts. lol

I also find it fascinating that entire families could spend so many years in some pretty desolate places. Not an easy life or an easy job for the lighthouse keeper in those days.

Yes it is all fascinating and I hope when you get to visit them you will share some of their history as well as pictures! I can’t wait!
