This fine gentleman runs a bookstore where I am. People come from near and far to shop at his bookstore and take pictures with him. If you look it is pretty cold here as he never wears a sweatshirt. Can you guess where I am?

This is priceless! I don’t know where you are, but I’ll be eager to hear more! I think the funniest part of the outfit is wearing socks with the flipflops…like he needed to keep his feet warm? Hahahaha! I want to have my photo taken with him, too!
I love quirky people…he looks harmless enough…odd can be good!

Either Arizona or Florida…two “Snowbird” states that I know of . I noticed the sign after being shocked by his attire!!
