My Christmas Eve, by Bob Welsh

I got this in my email this morning and it brought a tear to my eye so I had to share it. Merry Christmas

  1. That is very sweet! Thank you for sharing.

  2. Thank you, Nancy. Blessed and thankful. Cheryl

  3. that was touching, I had to restrain some tears too

  4. Wow! It is so amazing when a kindness is expressed…and years later, the person pays you a visit to give you thanks or just to say that they have turned out okay. There is no better gift. 🙂

  5. PS. I loved it & got teary eyed all at once. Thank you for sharing. 🙂

    • Me too! Thanks for taking time to comment, twice! lol

  6. That’s a keeper.

  7. This is really touching. The delivery is amazing.
I know this might sound dumb, but is it all true?

    • I am not sure but I like to think so. Bob Welsh was a state trooper, and the other poem I heard him recite was a true story so it very well could be.

      • It would be even more special if it was.

  8. O darn you Nancy, that made me cry too. What a great story, thanks for sharing.

  9. Thanks for sharing, Nancy 🙂 We never know the lives we can touch and change for the better!

  10. Thank you so much for sharing touching, it brought comforting tears. 🙂
