Hummingbird Babies Just Hatched

Hummingbird Babies Just Hatched

Phoebe’s latest eggs have just hatched! This webcam has the perfect view to watch them.

Responses

  1. Looks like only one egg has hatched. The baby is all head. This is so fascinating.

  2. Never actually watched anything on a webcam before. Brilliant.

    • I love watching! And it is such a great view of the nest!

  3. Thanks for the update Nancy. I almost choked on my coffee this morning with that ad for ‘the exorcism’ that plays b4 the Cam comes up…holy crap, I can’t deal with that stuff.

    • OMGoodness I did not see that, thank goodness! It scare the begeezesus out of me too! I bought the exorcist book when it first came out. It scared me so bad I could not sleep with it in the house.

  4. Fantastic!!! How wonderful to watch!

  5. I am now hopelessly addicted. Do you know of any “watching birdcams of baby hummingbird” support groups I can join? LOL! Thanks for sharing!

    • I know, right? I just heard it announced they named the baby Fleur! What a great name. They are not sure the other will hatch. This is the first time in the last couple of years they both didn’t hatch. Wait I may need a support group as well as a grief group! lol
