Weekly Photo Challenge: Background

I love a cloudy day!

  1. Lovely shot and give a great idea of the wide open vistas you have.

  2. Awesome picture. I love how you captured the clouds so vividly in the blue sky. Thanks for sharing and best of luck with everything 🙂

    • Thank you so much!

      • You’re welcome. If you haven’t dropped by my blog, you are more than welcome to stop by and have a Cup of Joe 🙂

  3. Clouds always make a photo more interesting, don’t they? Those are some nice clouds.

  4. I enjoy the fluffy clouds if it’s warm but if it’s marginal, the ‘on coat’ -vs- ‘off coat’ is too tricky. I enjoy cloudless sky’s with maybe 72 F where the sun is not too hot, it’s just right….kinda like what I imagine Goldie Locks would enjoy, LOL.

    • ah hahaha! I was thinking Goldie Locks right before I read it! That day was a warm one, one that makes you want to sit outside and enjoy the view. Hot in the sun but nice and cool in the shade.

  5. Beautiful!

  6. Gorgeous! Love a beautiful sky!

    • Hard to realize it is smoke from the fire.

      • We’ve had some “smoggy” sunsets before that were just gorgeous! LOL! Small blessings…

      • Yes we do need to be thankful for those moments!

  7. This reminds me of South Africa and living on a farm there!

    • Wow! South Africa and the High Desert of So Cal? Who knew? lol

      • I guess a farm is a farm in many places! The intensity of the colours may differ, but the basics will never change!
